Full coverage is shown on MonsterTruckManiaTV. These are the highlights. It is my first time using iMovie and the debut of my new Kodak PlaySport HD camera.

These are the highlights of the Sandia Summer Smash in Albuquerque, NM. Charles Benns organized the event to raise money for Carrie Tingley Children's Hospital, and was successful at that (raising several thousand dollars!), and in the process put on one of the best overall motorsports shows I have ever attended! With 5 monster trucks, quad racing, motocross, tuff trux, fmx, and a ride truck, it was a perfect motorsports package!

Like I said above, I covered this event for MonsterTruckManiaTV. Charles Benns himself watched and enjoyed the coverage. He sent me a message yesterday congratulating me on the great footage and told me next year he wants to give me better access to the show!

  • I think the Tuff Trux are the best in Wildwood where they have the most room. Good show though by the monster trucks! Wish i could've went to West Lebanon but my mom changed her mind at the last limit. Awesome That Cyborg was there!

  • @CombatMTv3 Yeah, Cyborg was awesome! It's always been my favorite Hotwheels toy. One truck I have ALWAYS wanted to see in person. Cyborg was not originally listed on the lineup, and to top it off I thought Cyborg was still running the Bars Leaks body. I was VERY surprised!!! Never thought I would see this truck in person.

  • Good video man! Panda, Bobo, and Eric all did a great job both nights! it is unreal that a show of such magnitude can not only be there, but its there to help these very special kids in my life...WOW!

Thanks for telling the world what we are trying to do here in Albuquerque!

I love and appreciate my awesome fans, my beautiful hometown, and those amazing kids at Carrie Tingley Childrens Hospital!

SEE YOU NEXT YEAR AT THE SANDIA SUMMER SMASH !!!!

    Charles Benns

  • @pitbulltruck Thanks for an awesome show man! I enjoyed it, and the MonsterTruckManiaTV fans all gave great comments on the show. Can't wait for next year!

  • @MONSTERJAMCAM Yeah. Done. Retired.

  • @MONSTERJAMCAM Sean Duhon retired two weeks ago. For now, Bobo drives CULT Energy Activator, Panda drives Ground Pounder, and for the rest of summer, Rich Hilgendorf will drive Excaliber. Jon stays in Shock Therapy. Noone knows who will drive Excaliber at Wildwood, cause Rich Hilgendorf won't be. It's all confusing, but it will remain like this for the rest of the summer.
