Remember we are not meant to stay on this one planet forever! That is ludicrous - and detrimental to scientific advance! Growing populations provide the impetus funding and manpower for space exploration and eventual colonisation!

However under the auspices of atheists whole nations are disappearing because of abortion and contraception. These nations cannot even manage to reproduce at replacement level. That spells their eventual self extermination. It's only logical. It also means the suppression of scientific advance - thanks to atheism and atheists - the new luddites!

Bring back the CATHOLIC STATE - and save humanity from self extinction and the stagnation of scientific advance!! Also the World needs to return to Catholicism if it is not to be dominated by Islam.

ONLY THE GOOD SURVIVE

  • @Maxid1 Back up the verse saying you should not interpret the bible? Really? That is what your asking correct? You want me to find support for my verse, because your verse say not to prophesize or interpret, correct? I just want to make sure this is clear.

  • @muffinman514 So what you're saying is you are unable to back that verse up with any other supporting verses. That's all you had to say, that you can't do it.

  • @Maxid1 You can assert all you want that I don't understand how there is not a contradiction between the old and new testaments, but the reality is the bible is riddled with contradictions. Besides, Jesus clearly states he IS NOT negating the old testament laws, regardless of your saying otherwise. As far as the verses you mentioned, are you really claiming the bible is NOT open for interpretation? We are supposed to follow the exact words? Careful! You are on dangerous ground there.

  • @2001EZ Why? Do you feel God is too weak to vanquish evil with those who believe in Him? The gates of hell can not prevail against God, no matter the number fighting in His name because we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places(Eph 6:12) You're saying we need superior numbers of flesh when God says the complete opposite. You really think God's that weak?

  • @muffinman514 If you think there's a contradiction between the old testament and the new testament, between God and Jesus, you clearly don' t understand the impact of the new testament fulfillment of the old testament law through Jesus Christ.

You also didn't understand a request to support your statement(your claim) regarding Matt5:18. No prophecy is of any private interpretation(2 Peter 1:20,cf:Matthew 18:16,2 Corinthians 13:1), where is your support for the verse you quoted?

  • @Maxid1 I wouldn't consider myself a biblical scholar. However, you claimed I do not understand the correlation between the old and new testaments. However, it appears you are the one who does not understand. The old testament (god the father) and the new testament (Jesus) should not contradict one another. Nor should one negate the other since the father and the son, along with the holy spirit are one person, correct? As for the rest of your post, what claim of mine are you referring to?

  • Sorry, but no. You are wrong. What the West needs is LESS religion of ALL kinds. Believing in antidisestablishmentarianism is old-fashioned and doesn't work. Having more catholicism would probably lead to something similar to Sharia law, which people here don't seem to like.

  • @muffinman514 So you're a bible scholar. Then where's your support verse for this? Since "no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation". I'm sure you have support for your claim?

  • @Maxid1 There's no proof space is timeless. You just assert things as fact, that aren't so. And if it's true, that doesn’t mean the creation story happening 6k years ago is true. Also, you know nothing of my background. I likely understand the bible better than you. I spent over a year in seminary before becoming an atheist. Matt 5:18 "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled."
