If anything, Zack Bowman No. 35 was holding. What I also find funny about this is that when the ref says, "No. 21", No.21 comes outta nowhere.

It was a GOOD CALL. You can actually see the hold plainly. Pause the video at 0:03, and look at the top left of the screen right below the score. You can see Corey Grahm (#21) grab the shoulderpad & pulling him back. It was a late flag, but a good call nonetheless... unless you're a blind & biased Bears fan, then it's "The worst holding call in NFL history".
