I bought one of these about 2 months ago. Fantastic pistol. Amazing feel, great follow-up shots, absolutely no malfunctions. Simply the best 9mm I can recommend. I definitely recommend the "Elite" Sigs...the SRT trigger and night sights are worth the extra money. Got mine for $919.00 in Cary, NC.

do you use a thumbs forward grip? If so have you had problems with the slide not locking back to to interference with the slide release caused by the position of your thumbs on your grip? I have seen others have problems like that. What are your thoughts?

@Raptyr I have never accidentally locked the slide back with my thumbs forward technique and I shoot my Glock alot and a fair share of Sigs and never had it happen. Maybe my thumbs are just the right size???

Do you shoot with both eyes open or one open? I'm a novice (just in case you think it's a dumb question).

@superspliffstar I practice both. For quick close up shooting I use both eyes. For accurate longer shots I practice with my dominant eye.
