I could've sworn that the one I remember though had a Spitfire show up at the end of the commercial, pass the car, take off and then the commentator said, "Because one classic deserves another." But, either my memory is no good or there is another one out there. Good stuff.

Yes, that is the late, great Jean Shepherd narrating. Most know him as the writer, narrator of The Christmas Story... but he was so much more!

Damn! I remember that commercial in about 1974! I loved it then. Started my love of English sports cars. So glad I can see it again 35 years later.
