A lot of those older trucks are still racing, they just chose not to sell out to Live Nation to be part of "Monster Jam".

Paul Shafer owns Bearfoot, Monster Patrol, Taurus, Boogey Van, Carolina Crusher and Wild Thang. Most of those names still run at Paul Shafer Motorsports events and sometimes at Monster Jam. Shafer also leases out names so other owners not affiliated with him will run those names and paint schemes on their vehicles.
