Officially a neutral world, Alderaan has become the focus of Republic and Imperial political maneuvering. @ORCA4312 Still, it's an MMO, not a singe-player game. It would be no fun if people 1 shot everything. You can't expect a video game to be exactly like the movies, all realistic and stuff.

@ORCA4312 No, but blasters and lightsabers may get BETTER. They actually discuss it in KOTOR. Someone invented a new type of energy shield that's pretty good at blocking blasters and lasers, so vibroswords had to be put back into use amongst soldiers until someone found a way to make stronger and better blaster so that their shots could penetrate the new shields.

looking at the top comments people discussing whether the lightsaber should one shot etc.

In WoW fx You've got people with massive 2 handed swords, maces axes etc. smashing people a billion times before they die.

Repubic would win... the trolls join the Empire and would have already freaked out about being behind by 5 ship hitpoints.. That is if the teams were ACTUALLY matched like it showed
