Actually the most traditional soundtrack I´ve heard in okami.

You mean the prolonged ringing sound in the background? That instrument is called the Shou 笙, and it's sound is meant to embody the sky and heavens. It's made of several, small wooden pipes arranged similarly to a pipe organ, but is much smaller.
Some others used are the shakuhachi 尺八 and taiko 太鼓.

Hichiriki and Shõ, sounds like.
Oh, and FYI; officially in English this is called Aristocratic quarter.
But wow, I'm surprised Ninetails hasn't thumbed this down yet! :P

wow, takes 2 minutes to get to the good part :/

@SPcle0531 The Priest was the one always making those... weird gestures before. That is probably him praying for your safety. Now I want to play Okami again and do that.

@iMuffinStealer im pretty sure its queen himiko.. o.e; unless i mistook his headwear for hers xD but im definitely sure it was her, cuz she was waving the leaves around when she gave out sun orbs ;o

@SPcle0531 That isn't queen himiko. That is the shrine priest from Shinshuu Fields.

geez....it doesnt matter if it is naruto, okami, pokemon, or any other media...ninetail foxes always pack a punch...but in okami....they give the word BADASS a new meaning
Queen Himiko, T_T *cry* she was so good to her people, and her last effort was in aid of Ammy. So noble, it really makes me sad when I return to Sei-an.
