    i am in a dilemma whether to get ur 7 minute workout course or vinc del montes six pack quest courses. you both sell ur books at the same price, so i just need that bit more advice on what u would recomend me. I am 16 , an need to lose about 10-15 lb of stubborn fat and get a 6 pac with big arms and toned body.

  • They're both great programs K, so it just depends on how much time you want to spend getting there. Vinny's program requires more time in the gym than mine, but mine toward building muscle and his toward fat loss. I would either go with his book and just spend more time in the gym or go with 7MM and Every Other Day Diet which are sold together on my site. It's a bit more money though.

  • does this program help you burn fat also? or just build muscle...and is it for 15 year olds? :)

  • Hi Trinimon11,

    Yes it does, just not in a conventional way. Building muscle increases metabolism, as we all know. But 7MM actually triggers some really cool metabolic effects that increase natural fat-burning hormones, other than just the standard responses to traditional training.

    As for 15... I started at 16, so I would think it's a "ask your mom and dad" issue. Physically, 15 is a prime age to begin training assuming they're cool with it.

  • @bor4e007 I went to a seminar once with Vince. He was drinking some green, glowing concoction that may have been interstellar radiation. It said "STEROIDS" on the bottle, however, lending me to think that it may not have been some form of radiation after all. Plus, radiation usually melts plastic. It may have been plastic-friendly radiation that just so happened to have the acronym "STEROIDS": "Some Type of Eerie Radiation; Or I Do Steroids."

    Have you ever drank radioactive material?

    Also, if you think 7MM is 'easy' work you never bothered to read the homepage... I've put pro bodybuilders on the floor with the advanced training (21 minutes) and I use the 14-minute protocol. The 7 minute protocol is for beginners/novice BBers.

  • lol the things people will blow their money on never stop amazing me. EAT HEALTHY, GO TO THE GYM, DO CARDIO, REST. its as simple as that. 7 minutes a day is a complete waste of time, if you could get a great body in just 7 minutes a day...then everybody would have a great body. there are no shortcuts. just hard work.

  • @jonbensonfitness are you thee "Jon Benson", far out! I was wrong, I'll checkout Vinces latest pics and what is 7MM like? I might purchase it, do you think it's better than Sean Nalewanjy's Truth about building muscle? that's what I'm doing and the results are awesome!

  • @klarkratu Vince had only been on 7MM for about 40 days when he shot these videos for me. Have you seen vince's LATEST photoshoot pics? You should... far above average. And my physique is certainly not average, especially for 46. ; )

  • If these 7min workouts really delivered the results that they promise to deliver, then why is vince's physique just average? It's not really that impressive.
