hah my name is only pronounced that way if you're speaking one of the romance languages (spanish, french, italian, etc) but otherwise I just associate that pronunciation with being reprimanded lol since my mother says it like that (and my french professors). I'm named after a couple named Joe and Liz anyway so it's pronounced Joe-Liz. Anyway thank you so much for your positive comments! I appreciate them!

@vitaminC7657 Latina is not a race. There are black, white,native american, and mixed people all over Latin America. Any race can be latino if you are born in this region..

ugh i hate when people get in big arguments about race and stupid stuff like that, everyone is beautiful and different and unique, can we just respect each other? we should all just accept who we are and who other people are instead of sounding stupid and ragging on someone because of their race or culture. :P
