  • @dsspike51 I think you mean "no credible proof" -- I'm sure they have internal documentations, which carries about as much weight as the proclamations of Emperor Norton in my book (less amusing, though)

  • @dsspike51 Absolutely. The GPS unit is prima facie evidence of a crime (tresspass to chattel) as recently ruled by SCOTUS. I'm not going to turn over the evidence to the agency concerned w/o a detailed receipt & a forensic exam reducing it to parts. Maybe they planted drugs in it, eh?

I'd demand the identities of the agent(s) who placed it and pursue them criminally, then demand $100 per mile for transporting it.

  • I would'nt give up the gps without a judge ordering me to. Without that annoyance called a warrent, the f.b.i. has no proof the gps is theres, they can't proove they placed it.no warrent no evidence.

  • @jonguyton1 That depends on if the car in the driveway was visible from the public area surrounding it. If it was then the court would rule that because the individual had the car within public view then there should be no expectation of privacy. Kind of like how if your trash is in a dumpster police can dig through it. It dont matter now though cause now they have to have a warrant.

  • @WOLF3313 no u

  • @GeoZachio I'm sorry sir but that is one of the most dumb things I have ever heard in my entire life. Times have changed, but that is the beauty of it. No matter what authoritarian stupidity and propaganda the gov't spews, they can't deny what is written in the Constitution, and that fact protects the citizens from people who would rather have all the power.

  • @archangel0829 Too bad the over-controlling bastards didn't read the Constitution before they had to waste thousands of tax dollars to decide if it was okay or not.

  • they can track you with your.. cell phone and gps system
