@laststand4 Contrary to popular belief dogs are in fact carnivores not omnivores, they don't need fruit and veg.

Dogs don't need fruit and veg. You are also using the wrong knife to chop the veg.

I can't seem to get away from these "Expert Village" videos when I look up "how to". They are all awful. I think the presenters need to either consult a real expert before making these monstrosities, or change the name to Average or Mediocre Village. And for god sake finish the process in one video for a change. The only one I have seen that completes the process is the "potato skins" recipe where the really cool guy with the brow piercing ends up making a baked potato instead. LOL!

How to kill your dog!

you do know that you are feeding your dog sweet potato?? that is very toxic for them!

@loonybean1 Your name suits you, however It is this name that is everyone else's burden as it now gives you the power to comment on youtube. Damn.
Vegetables are essential for their diet

Sorry... I meant pressure cooker... not crock pot.
Your video is extremely disappointing. Your list of dangerous foods for dogs have not included a bunch of other substances toxic to dogs, such as chocolate and avocados. The main demonstration of your video seems to be a course on how to SLOWLY cut up vegetables. Surely it is common sense that small pieces for smaller dogs! You haven't included any protein, which is the first ingredient dogs need. What a waste of time and deceptive means to get people to come to your site.

The presenter is well intentioned, but people want to get to the point, and see stuff that they can use right away.
With all the videos in the series, there is not one video that "puts it all together".
Constructive suggestion...
1. quickly explain the benefits of home made dog food
2. Lay out ALL the ingredients and say how you will prep
3. Prep the ingredient (can be edited here)
4. Combine them
5. Show how to store for later
6. Show actual feeding of a dog -- make sure he likes it
