This game was so full of glitches for me. It kept freezing like around 70% of the time. Plus at times when I would complete a mission it would dwindle around on the same area and not progress. I had to reset and start all over.

@zanarisrobo i was stuck on that too for a while, but when it says, "scrape the touch screen" it means that you sort of move it over it several times, i'll show you when i can get to a computer with the emulator (i lost my DS you see) and a cam studio
