from http://zacheven-esh.com - I am hittin up' some high bar trap bar deadlifts with 495 x 5 reps.

This is awesome for adding muscle to the upper body as well as developing the legs and the back.

I've been rotating through various squat & deadlift movements to avoid restraining an area of my lower back.

The constant varied movements using all types of barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc for squats and deadlifts has been feeling excellent.

  • RJ - I hit the trap bar deads first as my core lift, follow up with other movements from there:

    could be sprints, lunges, glute ham raises, KB work, etc.

    Depends on how I feel and my goals at the time bruddah

  • Hello! Some "expert" on a German BB-Forum would assign this presentation a "Squat in bad form rather than Deadlifting" Do you principally agree on this characterization, or would you rather be capable of refuting that claim of his? I am serious on this occasion don't take me wrong.
