i already know you just started this program not to long ago....so my advice to you is stick with it if you wanna see improvement. im not talking about 3 or 4 months eitheir, make it a life long goal. i hate to see so many peoples give-up on there goals so soon
still not sure why you are working out because you have a great figure and are very beautfiul but if you wanna do something that makes you look even better, i am all for it. you are just gonna be even more beautiful if it is at all possible

No hate, but you might want to adjust the chair lower so that your legs go past 90 degrees, it makes it a lot harder but you'll feel it more.
