  • i already know you just started this program not to long ago....so my advice to you is stick with it if you wanna see improvement. im not talking about 3 or 4 months eitheir, make it a life long goal. i hate to see so many peoples give-up on there goals so soon

  • No hate, but you might want to adjust the chair lower so that your legs go past 90 degrees, it makes it a lot harder but you'll feel it more.

  • still not sure why you are working out because you have a great figure and are very beautfiul but if you wanna do something that makes you look even better, i am all for it. you are just gonna be even more beautiful if it is at all possible

  • next time dumbbell training pleeaaase. start with 9 pounds (4kg) or so

  • Amazing! You're already very strong. keep training hard, you'll reach your goals for sure!
