  • WOW. I only wish the sound quality was better. Beautiful song.

  • Fantastic Job Guys! Great voices and the emotion just flows from your heart like the self same title of the show!

  • Elex! You rock!! I have loved that voice for years!! What a treat to find you here!!

  • i love dis song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • VERY AWESOME SONG! were using in our play ^_^

  • What a wonderful surprise to see and hear Elex here! A super guy with a super voice

  • it makes sense that Huck is nasaly. He is only supposed to be 15 years old.

  • omg! ive performed in that theatre!

  • Big River won the Tony award for best musical in 1985. Pretty good for an old country-western boy like Roger Miller.

Saw Roger 40 years ago at the Sarah Hotel. He introduced me to his mother who was wearing a white evening gown.

I wonder why some of these songs haven't been included by some c-w singers. The song "If you Think it's Lonely Where you are Tonight" is a real heart breaker.

  • This is beautiful... really. Everything about it is moving. Great job to the direction and actors personal talents. I could see you two's doing a wonderful revival.

  • im suppose to be doin this musical im excited!!!

  • That was really good. im glad

  • Elex it is always good to hear you sing....as you used to sing when we were kids.."I'LL Chose You Agan" See Holy Temple does breed GREAT things" Go Elex.

  • I can't stop singing this song. It's so riveting. Its message is so profound, yet it's a wonderfully simple song put to an outstanding melody.

    The harmonies are great.

  • the kid who plays huck is good but he gets a little nasily when he gets into his higher range, but when he first startd singing it was great, and jim is amazng throught

  • Beautiful performance of a beautiful song!

  • sounds soo good. im usin it for my audition piece. hope i get the part

  • That was beautiful. Both so talented, thank you for posting.

  • I've never heard a cast, besides the OBC, do those high notes on the last "together, but worlds apart" so effortlessly. Sometimes the notes come out right, but you can tell it took effort, and sometimes they just fail all-together, and sometimes they do an easier harmony. But these two did it so perfectly, it was unbelieveable!

  • When I performed this song for my acting auditions I nearly cried...the relationship between Jim and Huck are as unique as they get on stage..thank you for posting one of my favorite songs ever...

  • Their voices blend very well in my opinion. And by themselves. Wow. Just plain wow. Awesome. Ahhh can't get over how great they are.

  • What a talented cast. Thanks for posting this!!!

  • OMG! my secondary school choir did a shorter version of big river back in 2002 for our 10th anniversay! these videos bring back so many memories!!!!!
