hey allen im a commercial mullet fisherman in pascagoula ms. i gotta question about mullet fishing in north carolina... what are the rules and regulations up there? plus the cca has banned us from using gillnets down here. the only thing we can use is cotton nets and we have to be a half mile from any type of land.
