when i eat only foods i love i lose weight fast, when i throw in stuff i don't like or just whats in the fridge out of boredom, or what i think I'm 'supposed to' eat because some annoying relatives or friends say so I put on about 10-15 pounds.
I don't know how this method would work except for really picky eaters like myself tho..

this is the dummest weight loss video i've ever seen. your approach makes no sense. there's no evidence that you can "eat whatever you want" and lose weight. i want the last two minutes of my life back.

I know heaps of athletes that eat whatever they want and are still in incredible shape. Mike mentzer a bodybuilder used to eat danishes and whatever he wanted to get down to 5% body fat for competitions. Many footballers, cyclists and sprinters do the same.
If you eat less then you need, you will lose weight.
If you don't believe me thats fine. You go have your egg whites and tuna, I'm gonna go have a pizza instead!
