Two mode bicycle light project:
Low beam (dipped beam, passing beam, meeting beam) : 2x Cree XM-L LED (about 1500 lumen)
High beam (main beam, driving beam, full beam): 4x Cree XM-L LED (about 3000 lumen, max 40W)
