If you google "sears sucks", you will get dozens of websites featuring countless horror stories of customer disservice, lousy product quality, questionable business ethics, boorish employee behavior, and promises to never ever ever buy from sears again ever EVER! Now google "sears is great" or "I like sears" or anything positive like that and you get NOTHING!

The only way to get help from Sears is to call their executive offices at 1-800-995-2139 They keep this number hidden for their most escalated calls.

Does not matter here. No repair on new fridge for me, July of 2009, fought and fought called and called always excuses. Sears sucks, why should I buy extended plan they outsource to independant contractors who are bullied and B.S.ed

first off, i tell people all the time to get the master protection agreement on it for a reason, that would be completely covered. in this situation it would have helped and you would not have had to spend a penny on repairs. to just say that sears sucks is just horrible. We are here to help. call 18004694663 and press 0 three times and someone will be there to help.
I have the protection. Sears couldn't get a repairman out here for over a month. So sorry but yes SEARS DOES SUCK!

If the machine didn't work right all you had to do was bring it back to the store with the receipt and ask for a repair or a replacement. Problem solved.

We called for a repair. Can't bring it back, really need to read the receipt and protection plan ok. Took a repairman multiple times to come out here and still didn't fix it. FInally got a repairman who know wtf he was doing.

No, it's Sears fault for a part they put in that was broken and caused the water/soap to leak through the machine. Second of all, the Sears guy put the soap in to TEST the washer. Sears still sucks.
