Warren Cooley 1912 - 2009

Warren W. Cooley, age 97, passed away, October 18, 2009, at home. He was born October 4, 1912, in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Warren was retired from Chrysler Automotive. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, his children; Anita Kracy, Gayel A. (Carol) Cooley, Larry R. Cooley, William W. Cooley and Wayne Cooley, his step children; Lucille Gould, Dennis Gaston, Jeffery Gaston and Shelly Hanes, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Patricia S. Mundy. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 22, 2009, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Lawrence LaFollete officiating. Masonic services will be performed by the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge No. 169. Burial will follow in Tipton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian.
