Tornado Shelter installed in garage as a safe room

This shelter is handicap accessible, 5x5 in size, has three 8" hinges, 3.5" 1/2" x 14" deadbolts, 36" wide door and has a design windspeed of 250 mph. This shelter also comes with a serial number and compliance sticker that verifies that the shelter has been built according to the National Storm Shelter Association standards.
