After Mungo botches an attempt to scare Leroy, the cats yell at him and he quits the gang...! They don't want to see him go, so they beg him to come back, but he wants to make more of the gang's decisions. Meanwhile, Roscoe, the leader of a rival gang "The Claws", plans to invade the junkyard!

Yeah, this animation style is also evident in "Cat in the Fat", with the more herky-jerky motions of the cats. I think they had "relief" animators who picked up a few eps for the more front-line ones.
