I have done this video two mornings in a row now and really am enjoying how good I feel afterwards. Today I added the 7 minute yoga workout to tighten my buns. They are gentle, yet feel very effective. Thank you!

Thumbs up? Yep! The blood is up, life is up! What an exquisite creature. Wonderful to see someone so grounded in their health and beauty. Very motivating :) Maybe not for this routine but I'm dying to hit the chin-up bar again as soon as this Amoxycillin says bye-bye.

Weight training is far more effective for butt. Squats lunges etc, Yoga good for balance.
