I read that LCD pixels may get sluggish on TVs or what seems to be "burn through" or "burn in". This video uses alternating color fields to toggle the pixels on & off. The theory is that this may revive the stuck or sluggish pixels. I have another video that uses black & white as an alternative. No guarantees this will work, but it's better than the alternative - junking the TV.

  • Oh well. It's not a perfect 100%, sure-fire, ace-in-the-whole solution but it worked fairly well for me. If y'all don't like it, don't use it. Cheers.
