to exploit prop further and to 'prove' it's aritght etc, a third girl could be shut in the crate, knocking loudly once a second but stopping before she reaches sixty. The other two lift her out , 'lifeless' and carry her offstage. Waiting for the escape, the two assistants can play rock/paper/scissors unconcernedly until they remember, and finally get the crate open to find the previously 'suffocated' third girl inside.

Thanks for the suggestion. You can see the lock move around 7:10, me kicking inside. Live you can also hear kicking from the inside.
