@ joshacio Unless you own a PS3, MHFU can only be played with another PSP in WLAN range. You could try Xlink Kai, which allows you to play it over the Internet, but it's very technical and complicated (at least from my point of view).

holyshit the felynes are awesome addition to MH, unfortunately they pretty much SUCK unless you get there lvl to around 150 or so, and even THEN they still suck unless you teach them right skills to suit your battle style. cute and adorable? yes. faithfully loyal? absolutely. completely useless cannon fodders? DEFINATELY. can't count the times my furry sidekick chucked a large barrel bomb at a ratholos i'm sneaking by. the only useful thing they seem to be good at is digging their own graves

They're on freedom unite, if you have monster hunter freedom 2 you can't access this feature. It's been a while since i played, but i recall getting one not long after i started from the cat lady at the village entrance.
