@subinbar I really and truly wish someone would use the DOOM 3 source code once it's released.. to make a total remake of DOOM 1 and 2. With some catchy one-liners and id Tech 4. Kind of like Serious Sam. XD

i loved the original game...but to see that level in doom 3 graphic is amazing.. wished doom 3 was basically a remake of the original in these graphics

Check out Doom Reborn - it's Doom 1 and 2 remade with the Doom 3 engine. Every level and every detail is redmade. It's awesome, and better than Classic Doom which is only the first episode.

I cannot find a newer version of Doom Reborn than the 1st Alpha release, do you possibly know if the project is still alive or something?

I don't think any development has been made since Alpha .8, but it will definitely run better than Alpha .1:
You can get the Alpha .8 release at Filefront, just do a search for Doom 3 reborn.

Is the Cyberdemon in this stage is uses the same model as the Cyberdemon in Doom 3 at the final level?
