@darcylindzon I'm not kidding at all. I would bet I'm a better high driver than a large portion of sober drivers. Some sober drivers are not fit for driving period. The dangers of the road have very little to do with substances (even drinking).

@SputnikMedia about 3% of those teens were brought there by choice. They were probably smoking a half ounce daily ODing and going paranoid. The other 57% went there because a judge forced them to.

If you don't over do it, you can smoke a gram or two every couple days and be good. Or smoke a 5Sac everyday and be good.
