DJ Premiere announced in his blog that DJ Kool Herc has been hospitalized. He says the pioneer doesn't have health insurance to cover his medical costs and is seeking the public's assistance.

The Facebook comparison was an interesting one, merely getting a job through Facebook wouldn't warrant, the public paying his health bills but if they utilised his coding or platform to make their own fortune and used The FB logo to advertise, he would be within his rights to sue.

Hip Hop didn't advertise rappers and djs a job, it created them a job and empowered a generation to better themselves and their enviroments

Many people use Mark Zuckerbergs facebook platform to progress, some have made lasting connecitons and found jobs directly off of facebook alone but do they owe mark zuckerberg for his medical bills if he were to get sick?
