@xtandixi You are so full of crap...are you telling me these things did not happen? I did not see it? I see people with their minds still stuck in that era every day even 23 years later..who are you to tell me it is propaganda? Do you think I can not tell the difference between freedom to choose your way, free trade, free speech, free passport and a bloody slavery? Do you think there are not people who remember just how it was before russians, during commies and after russians left?

@FilipSzB BBC my ass, I lived 10 km from the actual iron curtain. They confiscated property, organised peoples career& life, put you in jail for years if you would not work for them, prevented people from traveling ANYWHERE (= one big jail for 40 years), put 18 years old kids with dogs crossbred with wolves on the border..I do not recall any of these things in the "western" Europe...are you just cynical or a fool? We were like in world top 10 until CCCP started its business with us..
-
@xtandixi Classic BBC and USA "infos"... Well my friend that same USA did something even WORSE!!! They made all of those west European countries their puppets and economical slaves. You think that Marshall's plan was a charity? It was typical buying of those countrie's loyality. In fact... US occupation of western Europe is still in power! And not to mention US bases in many countries and a "rocket shield"... So stop talking about some occupation please...
-
@FilipSzB the jail and forced labour was just for the few percent of population most outspoken and dangerous to the puppet regime who somehow managed to survive the Nazis.. This was during the early 50's, when they needed to secure the power. Later it was more like "if you will say what we don't want to hear, you will have no work, your kids no future." Anyway in one generation people felt like it was enough and...invasion..200 000 soldiers occupied the country till '92, one more generation..

@xtandixi You can bet as much as you want but my grandmother and a bunch of my family is from Czech Republic and they said to me personally that Soviets (soldiers) were gods there but that there was NO forced labor or "millions of dead" at all! You have some horribly wrong info man... The only reason they "hated" each other is something that dates from long time ago... From the time when roman catholic church and ortodox church were enemies. Only Poland hated USSR FACT!!!
-
@xtandixi also there is a shitload of totaly crap books on virtualy every subject from the commie era, by commies for commies. It just speaks for itself, if it were not meant seriously it could even be funny.. Or what about audio recordings from political courts, Milada Horakova for example, female lawyer executed 1950, Heliodor Pika, general of Czech Army, executed 1949..look, there goes your "western cinema brainwash" bullshit straight down the sewer.
-
@FilipSzB I bet these were not the thoughts of tens of thousands Czech pilots &c. when they returned from RAF only to find themselves mining uranium, which then went to USSR, for 10 or 15 years in communist camps..you do not save people by sentencing them to forced heavy labour in radioactive environment without even basic protection!!! USSR was just as evil as Hitler. Millions of dead, countles ruined lives. Barbaric medieval totaly f* up terror. Just read some Daniil Charms..no Hollywood film.
-
@xtandixi Czechoslovakia didn't called USSR for help because they were ordered to do so by UK and France. And those commies saved the world from Nazis...The only thing that US,UK and other westerners are now trying to do is to make films about some "resistance movements" and "great battles" just to diminish the people's knowledge about a true, the one and only country that actually did something big against Germany-USSR!!!Not to mention portrayal of Soviets/Russians in western cinema...Brainwash!!

@FilipSzB Oh well, Munich was a "defeat without a single shot," as Churchill mmediately saw. Czechs did not ask Bolshevik for help because Czech legions fought against them generation earlier in Russia. AIso I suppose they feared exactly what happend a decade later. Lader of czech communists infamously stated in late 30's, commies went to moscow to "learn to cut throats"
I'd say commies were of the most cruel and surely the most sarcastic 20'th century imperialists..plain greed.
I am czech... pěkné video. Naše slavná Rudá armáda :D. Aleštve mě že dřív se nemluvilo o tom že nás osvobodili američané. Teď už naštěstí ano.

@Petriik38 Naprosty souhlas, zamlcovani historie, at uz z jedne nebo druhe strany, neni spravne.
Kalinin1917 1 year ago
HJJDIV 1 year ago
