this deck is pretty good, it just depends on how you make it...

just like every other deck that is out there...

ex: infernities: everyone was trying to make a deck out of it until who?

dale beliddo made the deck and then every one wanted to make the same one.

also x-saber decks and also any other decks...

i have an ice barrier lockdown deck¸

3 strategists, 2 dai sojos, 2 gantalas, 2 raihos, 1 secret guards, 3 defenders, 3 priors, 1 morphing jar,

3 upstart, 2 hand destruction, 3 surface,3 medallion, 3 magic triangle, 1 monster reborn, 1 foolish, moray of greed, 3 card of sacrifice, 2 safe zone and 1 starlight

extra deck: 2 dewloran and 2 gungnir, trish, catastor, black rose, myst wurm, scrap dragon, orient dragon , stardust, black ray lancer, roach and giga brilliant

Triangle is great I havn't had room to run 3 but i would if i could. my ice barrier deck is nice but not finished in terms of still changing a few cards here and there...(mainly spell/trap) I recomend running 20 monsters or at least 18. Ice barriers are all about controlling the field then counter attacking. once you have a general its generally offensive time. The key to ice barrier is to not over extend by maintaing hand advatage then counter attack while controlling field.

Caravan is actually one of the weaker ice barriers if you ask me. You want ice barriers to be in grave more than you do deck due to salvage and special summons from one of the general and the lvl 2 ice barrier monster. Moray of greed idk I was going to try it but Ice barriers need at least 2 monsters in their hand.

General Raiho can force your opponent to chose between discarding a card to activate his monsters effect or negating it.

I just posted an Ice Barrier deck profile, that focuses on swarming with General Gantala while locking my opponent down, if anybody is interested in my build.

they have their beat downs. synchros and the generals. and with a card such as magical triangle you can special summon them out. he failed to mention grunard which is a great card. also i use caravan with forgotten temple of the deep. unlimited recycling because i protect caravan from any effect by removing it. obviously this can leave you vulnerable but if you support it it works really well.
