Mario Kart 64 Blue Shell Chase

Star can't go faster than the blue shell ????? I don't think so :P , I successfully made 2 laps with a blue spiny shell chasing me, without get hit by. ( I use the star Cheat Rom of Mario Kart 64 because if you have to always activate a star with the weapon button, you lost speed and probably can't go faster than the shell)

It's a special rom version , when you get a star from a '?' block , it last forever ( but it will stop if you fall in water or anything that normally stop it )
