@Dredworld "We don't want to fund women..."? I am America, and you do not speak for me. And if a woman wants to terminate her pregnancy, she has that right. And she should have a safe place with a doctor to do it. That's the law of the land, and I DO want to fund women for this service. Don't you dare speak for me.

I commend Mr. Stearns for shining a light on this mysterious situation. Americans want to help poor women with preventive screening to save their lives.. But we don't want to fund women who want to kill their babies.

The Susan Komen Foundation currently funds cancer research at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to the tune of $7.5 million. Like Planned Parenthood, Penn State is currently the subject of a federal government investigation. Yet something tells me that Penn State's funding is secure. Apparently only 17% of Komen Foundation earnings goes towards "finding the cure" I think Congress should be investigating Komen too! Republicans are trying to "Acorn" Planned Parenthood.. compassionate Conservatives my butt.
