@dynastytanner I love snakes, but I have a 4 & 6 year old, they play in the yard everyday. Only coral snakes & rattle snakes are taken out to save human life. There is no more coral snake anti venom being made BTW

I bought one today brand new; and i returned it today. I was very excited about this as a bedstand gun but it jammed every other round, cyclinder wouldnt turn and the action would get stuck. I was only shooting shot, didn't even get a chance to shoot the defensive ammo I bought. This was my first experience with a Taurus and will be my last.

I bought one when they first came out ....I paid top dollar....this is the worst pistol I have ever bought...after a box of 45LC I couldn't pull the hammer back...I sent it back to the factory 3 times ...they couldn't fix it ....I finally sold it at a gun show for 350.00 ...cool concept....they just did not do a good job with machining it..maybe S&W will get it right

one more thing, for such a short barrel and all that, I'd say the gun is pretty acurate. First gun I've ever owned and I'm impressed with how acurate it is. I sure don't think it's cause I'm such a great shot iether. Like I said, it's the first gun I've ever owned and I'm almost 40.

I just bought the gun myself, 3 inch chamber, 3 inch barrel, I'll admit it was expensive, I've already gone through a box of 45 colts, and almost 50 rounds of .410s. Love the gun so far. And if youve got a job like mine, building fence in the southeast, you lose some of your warm fuzzy feelings for snakes. For one thing, snakes dont share those feelings with you.

Anyone who says that the judge is a piece of shit is sadly mistaken you cant beat 25 9mm sized ball bearings in five shots... perfect for home defense and if you think otherwise id like to ask you again when you have no chest cavity after breaking into my house

Hey I want one of 410/LC at a great price I'm also from WPB I was robbed twice in Lake Worth .Now I live in Ocala we also had 2 coral snake - 1 copper head in the garage and 1 rattle snake got in the house -plus 1 outside by the window.there's a product thats call Snake Repellant a gallon size shaker it's granule pellet's. Walmart and Kmart sell it right at Spring time in March it sell's out fast. so try it .I had no problem with snake's last year.I have a kid to but a gun might be to late.

@deloremy Same here. I was actually pissed that I bought this gun and then seen these videos. It wasn't until I actually went to the range with it that I was totally impressed.

Anyone who thinks this gun is a gimmic or just a snake gun is totally mislead. This gun doesn't do any one thing great. But it does many things pretty good. PDX1 defense disks will lay you on your ass. And 45lc is very accurate for me up to 40 yards.

First time I saw one of these abortions I said "who the fuck would be stupid enough to think this is a good idea?".

I'm stunned that this shitty concept caught on, and I'm a Taurus fan.

I'd take a DA revolver in .45 Colt any day, loaded with .45 shotshells it's as good as the .410, you get 6 rounds, you have a nice smooth action without that fucked up Paul Bunyon size cylinder, and the .45 Colt doesn't have that foot long jump from the cylinder to the forcing cone, giving better accuracy.
