Sonic the hedgehog: Rise of the Dragon Kingdom

First off, I like to thank my friends in the past for never giving up on my art. I practiced hard; but maybe in the future I can draw better. Ok anyways, sonic the hedgehog Rise of the dragon kingdom is a movie I'm making all by MS Paint. (I don't know flash yet, sorry =(.) Theres small screenshots so far, but I plan to make more. (I have school, so I get busy somtimes.) The story starts with two created characters I made, and one new villian; plus sonic and his friends are out to help. I wanted to keep the characters limited.. In case there may be confusion with the story. A basic plot with a big twist. Oh and I kinda forgot to give credits to the music.. But I do not claim that it's mine. so make sure not to miss this one out! Please comment and rate, Enjoy the movie!

I have been in some problems to make this movie. I originally planned to do this entire thing on my own; including scripts, VA's (it doesn't really count...) music, and even planned to do this entire animation; hand-drawn. However, I should've asked this earlier. It was supposed to be a fun proect back then when I had alot of free time. Now I don't. =/ . So now I ask you guys for some help. It's a non-profit movie, and I'm sorry to say, you won't be paid doing it; but hey, does it have to? I can give credits in my movie.
Anyway, I need some assistance; any of them will be greatly appreciated.
What I really need is someone who has previous experiences with either flash or photoshop, using a tablet . Especally with 'Hand Drawn animations'; are the most tough to work with I hear. I haven't took school for this; but I assure you, in the future I will. To teach me the basic's and advanced things/useful tips.

I don't know about the VA's, as I stated in the comments; if I don't have anything animated; whats the point of using VA's and make them wait? If my script sucks... You may suggest a improvment of course, instead of bashing. Right now though; I have to know how to animate first. Please; any voulenteers are very, greatly, appreciated. Thanks. =)

No, it's totally ok. I just need to know other people's opinion to point out where is the problem that you find. Is it too slow because of the introduction? Is it boring because there's hardly any hype in it? I can see why.

But this was made 2 years ago, with no knowlege of flash animation.

Wow I just looked at all the comments and noticed that most of them end in " the hedgehog " I think that's really impressive but why so many hedgehogs? Why only a few foxes?
