Kingdom of the Antichrist - Part 5 of 17

In this two hour presentation, Walid Shoebat explains why he believes that Islam is the kingdom of the antichrist which is referred to in the Book of Revelation. He explains that the Ottoman Turkish Empire was the final kingdom that arose after the Roman Empire, and that it is the Ottoman Empire, and NOT Europe/Rome, which is arising again today as a pan-Islamic empire in the last days. In Mr. Shoebat's interpretation, most western biblical scholars have this last point wrong.

Whether you agree with Mr. Shoebat's conclusion or not, it is a fascinating presentation, and well worth watching.

No, if you read both chapters 38 and 39 you will see that this is not the same event. You have to read the whole chapters.

@SoldierOfChrist110 One of the first hermeneutic principles one needs to learn in the study of Holy Scripture, is that one must always read the O.T. with the LIGHT of the N.T. If you confuse this, as most dispensational futurists do, then you will end up with an inconsistent theology (or, eschatology). However, if one has a consistent view of prophecy from the N.T., then one can read clearly the O.T. prophecies that may have first seemed ambiguous.
