Damn straight - he did a great job avoiding going down. Remarkably he saw this video on youtube and contacted me for the higher quality original. I recall he was a bout 14yo.

Well I saw him at the end of the ride and he had a bit of claret down his face. I asked him how he was and he said "I've had worse". He was probably a bit sore for a few days. I saw him a few months later at a masters race.
