Last rang here 17 years ago, I believe thats where my tower got the idea of the color of the sallies from. You can see the Stay and Slider work as well.
Note to Lift/Elevator Enthusiasts on my list, In your sense this is like getting in to the motor
room of the lift just as exciting for bellringers.
@DianeDi Even tho I can turn off the hearing aids because I have done that in my teens. I did have ear muff so I was able to leave the hearing aids on. Bells do require some maintence but has no gears as it is operated by rope. If some 1 breaks the stay then it will need to be replaced,Stay can be seen on top of each ringing bell sticking up, thats is what keeps bell upside down when not being rang.

Very impressive video, and certainly not something you come across often - if at all. Nice clear footage too! Do they require much maintenance? Oil the gears, wheels, etc.?
I do hope you wear some hearing protection or you may very well go stone deaf- boy are they loud!
