Mitchum's "Chiiildren?" has always given me chills, even more so now with Criterion's audio quality.

This is one of the only only american movies I can think of that feels like a euro-art house movie. the visuals alone are worth the money, need proof 0:58. Music, suspense, acting, story, themes, set design, etc.
