Yeah - he's had exceptional results. It was exceptionally shocking when the firefighters died for a lack of functioning radios when the police did not. It was exceptionally shocking when multiple-offense criminal Bernie Kerrik was his suggestion for heads of HLS. It was exceptionally astounding when he decided to put his command center in the WTC against all advice. Truly an exceptional man.
