Similar situation mate, Im 20 and my first SLF gig was Halifax 2008 Best night of my life changed me forever! i now have a tattoo, play guitar and my father cant keep my away from these gigs!!! i love them!!!

I'm 45 yr old. My teenage son absolutely WOULD NOT accept that 'MY' music was superior in every way to the total drivel that he tortured me with every time he turned his stereo on.... Eminem / Snoop Dog etc. Then 'AT THE EDGE' turned up in one of his Playstation racing games and he finally opened his eyes (and his ears) to some real quality. That was a couple of years ago. When he puts his music on now, I ask him to turn it up (instead of DOWN!!!)
