This clip is a bit educational. My goal for this video was to illustrate what "functional" movements are, multi-directional. We sometimes forget that the mechanics of our bodies is more than one direction of movement. Getting out of a car, moving furniture, quickly changing directions while in motion are all functional movements. If you can incorporate these lunges into your next lower body workout, I promise you will be sore in some weird places. Try 20 lunges in each of these directions, enjoy.
