  • If I were this railway I would be thinking about using coal again with the price of oil etc!

In america they use old engine oil to fire the challenger stuff etc runing today.

  • Interesting to see the action of the Joy valve gear. The way it works had been a mystery to most of us I'm sure, and we can now at last see it in action! What a lovely little engine. Hope to see, and be pulled by her in the not too distant future. And a sweet little engine such as this most definitely has to be female!

  • Diolch yn fawr.

  • congratulations from across the pond

fine engine. too bad it cant carry the works black and the southern railway liveries at once, the both look fantastic

  • Stunning, and more imposing that I thought she'd be! A missing piece of English narrow gauge history returns! Thank you!
