@crashvic I am glad to know that I am not the only person who thought about having this song played at my funeral. When I was 20 I went through a pretty dark period. I used to listen to this song a lot and fantasize about my funeral. I am glad I didn't go ahead with my plans. I will be 50 this year and I still love this song. Lyle Mays is one of the most talented pianist I know.

Oh what wonderful memories this music brings back to me. THIS is music directly from the souls of the magnificent artists that produced this piece. Such reverence for the passing of Bill Evans simply flows here. Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us. Music IS the language of the soul and heart without question in my mind.

@mikkalasabir Someone also said "Architecture is the art of wasting space". :)
This music is for true free sprits that don't need lyrics imposed on them. You all know who you are. I do some of my best design work to this music. Art and architecture are different expressions of the same original inspiration of the soul. A noted Architect said that architecture is "frozen music" in it's mathematical rythems and repetitive elements. Enjoy the art!

I was 22 wen i first heard MR. Metheny and havent stopped since. i would listen to this beautiful masterpiece laying on my bed and i always felt a certain kind of peace. I'm 28 now and i wish my generation would listen to this instead of the crap they play on the radio witch gives you no inspiration what so ever.
