There is no way to win. The actual spot in this video is the middle one but when you pick it, the next video he doesn't actually show you the middle one, he switches it with the left one. He does the same move in this video the last two times he switches them up. instead of dropping the bottom disc that he shows you, he slides the one that is on top and drops it in place. If you didn't catch it you should probably never try it in real life. Easy.

@busoLostop Three Disk Monte or Alba Neagra is the European version of the game. This game, as well as three card monte, are not played with only one player as you suggest. You are thinking of the shell game.
