i loved the heiress,, i have seen many times,,, but got so bored with this,,,,, is this more like the book? the heiress had morriss clearly the bad guy, and after fast forwarding this,,, it seemed catherine wanted the money more than morriss,

In real life, of course, I don't think that the intrusion of a Morris Townsend into the complex father-daughter relationship would have made any difference in their lives.Father and daughte would have simply selected other rationales for the daughter to end up unmarried without her father's inheritance.. Great story as fiction, though, to introduce Morris and the aunt as foils to the father and daughter.

Info
Lyrics: Salvatore Quasimodo
Music: Jan A. P. Kaczmarek
Vocals by Darleen Koldenhoven and Joseph Williams
Fatica d'amore, tristezza,
tu chiami una vita
che dentro, profonda, ha nomi
di cieli e giardini.
E fosse mia carne
che il dono di male trasforma.
