Ray Suarez and guest panelists Jack Martin from FAIR, Laura Vazquez from NCLR and Eleanor Pelta from AILA debate on whether or not the Arizona law SB1070 opens the door for racial profiling. Jack Martin argues that the reasonable doubt only comes into play after they have been stopped during the regular course of business, such as a traffic violation.

  • It's NOT misinformation! That white supremacist is lying through his false teeth! A young American Mexican commercial truck driver (a US citizen born in California) was stopped & police asked for his BC last week in Arizona. When he told them it was at home he was handcuffed, arrested, put into a police van & taken into custody! He was detained until his wife brought his BC to police. The couple were mortified & really upset by this racist behavior!
