Joe Satriani Circles solo cover

My brother and fellow guitarist Dan played some Satch whilst I shoved a camera in his face :-)

gear: Ibanez JS2000 Gold - into Boss GT-6 - with Vox Satchurator in the effects loop.

One speaker out goes to normal rig for monitoring i.e. straight into front end of Laney LH50 - paired with a homemade cabinet - loaded with Eminence Beta 12" speaker

Other speaker out goes direct into Alesis iO2 - then straight into laptop / software

original files recorded in Reaper, imported into Acoustica Mixcraft 5. Trimmed audio to exact length of video track to make aligning in PD easier! Added some Delay, Chorus, stereo ping pong, EQ'ing and mixed down to WAV.

Imported original video file and Mixcraft edited WAV into Cyberlink Powerdirector for final visual editing and upload.

@neo69hk (I am the guy in the vid but as the vid is on my brothers channel I will reply from mine) I dont have the "express" version... just "i02"... but it is a simple, easy to use tool that works very well for what I use it for... which is just recording guitar directly out of the Boss GT-6. I have used the i02 with various software, Adobe Audition, Mixcraft and Reaper and have always been pleased with the results.
