@thejustineaster no they removed it, but use your google-fu and look at images. Many people pondered why AHA would recommend cocoa puffs. but the evidence that they did until they got called out is still there. "AHA cocoa puffs" just type that in google and watch

@thejustineaster that is....unless you really don't know the game and just pretends because you read some of the China Study at some point. Quite frankly. Fuck off.

@thejustineaster Thats a funny thing to say now that Paleo is the next health fad and well supported with actual science like controlled experiments in which it beats veganism out of the water again and again. I was willing to believe you actually knew something and didnt just parrot the propaganda you had been fed for a while. But your interest in my person "you are, you do, you etc" show me that you are bluffing. Why focus on the player when the ball is right in front of you

@thejustineaster Name me 1 or 2 long running developing civilizations on a vegan diet.
manonapedistal 1 month ago
@thejustineaster Are there other places in which you feel appeal to authority work? What other governmental organizations should i believe because most of "the civilized" world believe in them. Pentagon?
manonapedistal 1 month ago
@thejustineaster That is because you are entirely wrong and this fence post do not buy into your vegan propaganda because it knows better.
"The american institute for cancer research and world cancer research fund stated that there is "convincing evidence that red meat intake increases the risk blahblahblah"....they can take their statistical mumbojumbo and stuff it. CONTROLLED experiments or GTFO!

@thejustineaster "..vast differences"... are not very vast when it comes to humans and carnivores, or perhaps rather, hunting/scavanging omnivores. We have much more in common with the average carnivore than the average herbivore. Fiber is useless for people, like you stated yourself. It adds bulk to your shit, thats it.

@manonapedistal i have lost interest in this redundantly pointless discourse.
dumb on
ps - no, cocoa puffs is not on the list of 17 heart healthy cereals the aha recommends. wrong again.

@manonapedistal despite being corrected about nearly a dozen points that you inaccurately stated, you are relentless in your misplaced sense of confidence and authority on the subject. unfortunately you are blatantly uneducated, starting with your position and logically working backwards. in the not too distant future, the position i am advocating will be well known fact and encouraged by medical and intellectual communities alike. someday you'll catch up, but

@manonapedistal but terms of health, the reasons for adopting a vegan diet are plentiful. meat eaters are content with defending their diet, whereas vegetarians are attempting to enlighten them. you stated that veganism is a luxury position you can only have in a civilization of plenty, which is dismally false. the truth is that meat eating is only required in areas where agricultural potential is limited, which has been demonstrated since the ever so relevant ancestors i brought up.
